"The connection I share with my kids is priceless; they're not just my children but also my friends."
Q: Can you share a significant experience or moment in your life that had a profound impact on you?
Becoming a single mom was a defining moment for me. We separated when I was 8 weeks pregnant with Daisy, and hitting rock bottom made me realise I had kids to focus on and a desire to create a better life for them. Despite the initial challenges, my family’s support was crucial in helping me overcome this mental health hurdle.
Q: Can you describe a special memory or event that makes you who you are today?
Becoming a mum and transitioning from a party-centric lifestyle to one focused on family has shaped who I am today. The connection I share with my kids is priceless; they’re not just my children but also my friends.

Q: What values or principles have guided your journey, and how have they shaped who you are today?
I believe in the power of treating people with respect and maintaining a positive outlook. These values have guided me on my journey and helped me become the person I am today.
Q: Who has been the most influential person in your life, and in what ways have they impacted you?
My mum has been a significant influence. Her self-driven, selfless nature, and dedication as a support worker have left a lasting impression on me.
Q: Have you had any life-changing travel experiences, and if so, what did you learn from them?
A family trip to Bali, especially the visit to the orphanage, made me appreciate the privileges we have. I plan to replicate this experience with my kids, exploring villages in Thailand and spending a day with orphans.
“Death is a part of life, and it's okay to be afraid of it. It makes you realise how important time is.”

Becoming a single and independent mom strengthened me. Being a source of inspiration for other young moms is something I cherish.
Q: How do you define happiness, and what brings happiness into your life?
For me, happiness is rooted in family, especially the close bond I share with both my parents despite their separation.
Q: What are your dreams and aspirations for the future?
I aspire to travel with my children, exposing them to diverse experiences, and taking them to places like orphanages to instil a sense of gratitude and compassion.
Q: Are there any hobbies, talents, or interests that bring joy to your life?
On the days when I don’t have the kids, I enjoy spending time with friends or treating myself to a nice dinner.
Q: Can you share a significant experience or moment in your life that had a profound impact on you?
The first person that I worked with passed away. I’m glad I got to experience death so early in my career. She passed away peacefully in her sleep. I was sad to lose someone like that, but in a way, it made me stronger in my role.
Q: Your experience with death has shaped your perspective. What advice would you give to others facing similar situations, and how has it influenced your understanding of the importance of time and creating meaningful memories?
I would tell them to talk to people, don’t be afraid to ask for help. It’s a big thing to go through, not just for the person passing away. You need to grieve too. Death is a part of life, and it’s okay to be afraid of it. It makes you realise how important time is.
