"I live by this simple rule—be generous, be kind. You never know who needs your help. "

Q: How do you define happiness, and what brings happiness into your life?
Happiness, to me, is all about genuine connections and shared experiences. It’s about people and the stories we create together. I enjoy breakdancing with my buddies in Hobart—it’s like a gathering of brothers, sharing something unique and having that common understanding. That’s the real gold in life.

Q: What values or principles have guided your journey, and how have they shaped who you are today?
I live by this simple rule—be generous, be kind. You never know who needs your help. People often ask me, “Why do you want to help people?” My answer is – Why not! Helping people is just something I do because I can.

Q: Who has been the most influential person in your life, and in what ways have they impacted you?
Hands down, it’s my mum. She’s not just a mum; she’s more like a big sister. Her lessons in kindness, her selfless acts—every day, she’s my role model. It impacts me in ways I can’t even put into words.

Q: What do you want others, whether it’s your family, friends, or the world, to know about your life or your experiences?
I’m just your regular guy who finds joy in extraordinary experiences and great food. I want people to remember me as someone with crazy determination, someone who’s just genuine and sincere.

Q:  Can you share a time when you had to make a difficult decision, and how did it impact your life?
Moving cities for work was tough. Sure, it meant new beginnings, but leaving connections behind was heart-wrenching. It’s that bittersweet mix of excitement and heartbreak.

Q:  Are there any hobbies, talents, or interests that bring joy to your life?
Breakdancing has been my thing for over a decade, and Jiujitsu is my recent love. They’re not just workouts; they’re my mental anchors, reminding me that hard work and brainpower can conquer anything.

"I want people to remember me as someone with crazy determination, someone who's just genuine and sincere."

Q: How do you find moments of peace, relaxation, or escape from your daily life?
Oh, for sure, nature is my escape. I head to a friend’s family-owned farm, ride horses, soak in the outdoors, and cook up a storm. It’s simple, but it brings so much peace to my busy life.

Q:  What are your dreams and aspirations for the future?
I want to rock a BJJ black belt, not just for the title, but to be a better doctor for my patients. I’m shooting to be that darn good doctor everyone talks about, the one who cares.

Q:  Have you had any life-changing travel experiences, and if so, what did you learn from them?
Germany in my 20s was epic. First time feeling winter, and exploring beyond Singapore—it blew my mind. Taught me that our world is vast, diverse, and worth exploring.

Q:  How have you evolved or changed as a person over the years?
Sure, I’ve become a bit bitter and jaded over the years (who hasn’t?), but I’ve learned the hard way that success is sweetest when it’s not at the expense of relationships. No joy in reaching the top by stepping on others.
